Recently, one of our project managers expressed frustration about those times when you write something with the caps lock on, and then find it very mysterious that there is no obvious way to correct it without retyping. After all, you're typing on a computer which can theoretically fix the capitalization on hundreds of pages of text in seconds. It's just not always obvious how to get it to do that.
A little bit of looking around yielded this useful nugget:
- In Microsoft Word, you can highlight text and press Shift + F3 to toggle through different forms of capitalization (including lower case, upper case, and sentence case).
You can also paste the text below and push the button to fix it.
