14 year old Northampton web development company with a solid reputation and awesome clients looking for someone to join our strong and supportive team and work dynamically within several key roles.
What we're looking for:
We're looking for someone who's "wicked smart" and has a passion for web design and development in some capacity. We don't know if you have 10 years of professional experience, or have just done this on the side. We don't know if you're a project management expert, if you've won awards for your web design skills, or if you are a wiz at standards compliant code. But we do know a few things:
- You are smart and results-driven
- You find the gritty real-world budget and process needs of our clients challenging... and rewarding
- You are a great communicator
- You hold yourself to a high standard and expect others to do the same
We also know that the personality fit is going to be a big piece of this puzzle. We want someone who will work well with our team and our clients.
