Advanced PHP Programmer

Are you an experienced web database programmer looking for a place to put your skills to good use? We're a small, fun, hard-working bunch looking for a PHP programmer to join our ranks.
We would prefer this to be a permanent, full-time position, although we are open to working with subcontractors. You'll have the opportunity to work with great clients in a relaxed work environment where your contribution will be appreciated. And you'll get to work with other "Gravity Switchers" who excel at what they do.

Core Requirements:
- Enjoy figuring out technology problems
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with PHP and MySQL
- Working knowledge of CSS
- Experience working with other people's code base as well as creating your own code from scratch
- At least 3 or 4 complex web applications under your belt
- Solid understanding of data structures and programming theory
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time with aggressive deadlines
Nice-To-Haves (though not required) include:
- Familiarity with design specifications a plus
- Familiarity with any of the following a plus: Cold Fusion, .ASP, Lingo, Action Scripting, SEO
- HTML and CSS proficiency
- Able to work on-site at Gravity Switch in Northampton, MA during 9 - 5 business hours
- A love and appreciation for the Simpsons
