US: We're a small, fun, hard-working bunch looking for a full time programmer. You'll have the opportunity to work with great clients in a relaxed work environment where your contribution will be appreciated. And you'll get to work with other "Gravity Switchers" who excel at what they do.
YOU: Looking for a full time position doing PHP development. You'll be working with a senior PHP developer. This will involve front end work (including HTML and CSS), as well as back end database work (code optimization, etc.). This could be a great opportunity for someone who's new to PHP, or for someone with a few years professional PHP experience.

Core Requirements:
- Enjoy figuring out technology problems
- Minimum of 1-2 live PHP sites under your belt
- Working knowledge of CSS
- Working knowledge of JavaScript
- Very good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time with aggressive deadlines
Nice-To-Haves (though not required) include:
- Familiarity with any of the following a plus: Cold Fusion, .ASP, Lingo, Action Scripting, SEO
- Love of HTML and CSS
- Experience working with other people's code base as well as creating your own code from scratch
- Experience with various open source packages
- Solid understanding of data structures and programming theory
- Customer service experience
