Heat-fab,
a national leader in the heating and venting industry, came to Gravity
Switch to help them cut costs, further their brand and encourage customer
loyalty. Our first order of business was to conduct in-depth planning,
interview their customers and explore different technology options in
order to find the right solution.
That solution was to migrate their current product information package, costing over $20 each to print and mail, to a CD-ROM with slimmed down print material costing $5. This is expected to save Heat-fab tens of thousands in the first year alone, with more savings expected in Year 2 and beyond. This reduced cost will also enable Heat-fab to send product information to more hot prospects (in addition to customers) which should lead to higher revenue.
