Kollmorgen's
Electro Optical division asked Gravity Switch to create an electronic
collaborative space that will streamline and centralize communication
for clients such as the U.S. Navy. This password-protected application
is expected to save countless hours (and trees due to less paper exchanges)
and will enable Kollmorgen to:
- Collect
and store all project information in one online location
- Exchange documents and comments online (internally and externally)
- Notify appropriate personnel of document deliveries via automatic emails
- Allow
clients to approve or disapprove of data online
- View archived data and assign users to different levels of permission
