On-Trak Project Management System

Switch developed a web-based project management system for the New England
States Consortium System Organization (NESCSO), which fosters collaboration
among Human Service/Medicaid agencies throughout New England. This tool
will serve as an information clearinghouse for top managers to track the
major projects in which they are involved, whether locally managed or
as a collaborative effort across state borders.
Upon logging in, users will see a summary screen displaying the latest status and activity for each of their projects. Through easy navigation, users can view tasks, project updates and notes. E-mail options and document uploading allow one-stop review and filing of all materials related to a project. In addition, NESCSO will have the administration tools to add new users, and assist current ones with any issues that may arise.
